Service Agreement Scope
These terms govern electrical and solar services provided by 1904 Electric & Solar, including electrical installation, electrical service, generator installation, solar installation, and solar service. A written scope of work or quote specific to your project governs the details of any engagement.
Pricing & Payment Terms
Work is quoted per project or per visit after an on-site assessment or diagnosis. Pricing reflects scope, materials, and labor. Specific payment terms are set out in your written quote or agreement. You approve the quote before any work begins.
Warranty Terms
Workmanship is warranted for 12 months from completion unless otherwise stated in your agreement. Installed equipment carries manufacturer warranties, which we document and hand over at close-out. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification by others, or events outside our control.
Contract Cancellation & Renewal
Service agreements may be adjusted or cancelled with notice as set out in the agreement. Project-based work may be cancelled per the terms in your written scope; costs incurred up to cancellation may apply. We will always communicate any changes clearly.
Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the scope of work performed and is covered by our insurance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond the scope of the work agreed. Full liability terms are set out in your agreement. Master Electrician · Fully bonded & insured.
Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve any concerns directly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it will be addressed through the dispute resolution process set out in your agreement, which may include mediation before any formal proceedings.
Governing Law
These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any formal proceedings will be brought in the appropriate jurisdiction within Texas.
